1. Introduction

Welcome to Voltebyk. By purchasing our products, you agree to adhere to the following return policy terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase, as they outline the procedures and requirements for returns, if applicable.

**2. General Return Policy**

2.1 **No Return Policy**: Due to the nature of our products, Voltebyk operates on a no-return basis for all items, excluding accessories as specified below. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once the purchase has been completed.

2.2 **Non-Returnable Products**: The no-return policy applies to all products except for accessories, as defined in Section 3. For clarity, "accessories" include, but are not limited to, items such as grips, pedals, reflectors, and safety gear.

**3. Return Policy for Accessories**

3.1 **Eligibility for Return**: Returns for accessories are only considered under specific conditions. To qualify for a return, the accessory must meet the following criteria:

- It must be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

- The accessory must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels.

- A valid reason for the return must be provided.

3.2 **Proof of Incorrect Product**: To initiate a return for accessories due to receiving the wrong product, the customer must provide clear video proof showing the discrepancy between the received product and the product ordered. The video must include:

- The product being unpacked, showing the packaging and any included documentation.

- A clear comparison between the received product and the product as listed on our website or invoice.

- The video must be timestamped and submitted within 10 calendar days from the delivery date.

3.3 **Procedure for Return Request**:

- Submit a return request through our official return request portal or customer service email.

- Include the video proof and a detailed description of the issue.

- Wait for our return authorization. Do not return any items without receiving this authorization.

3.4 **Return Shipping**: If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the accessory. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent without prior authorization or not in compliance with these terms will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

3.5 **Inspection and Refund**: Upon receipt of the returned accessory, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in Section 3.1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return has been approved and processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**4. Exceptions and Limitations**

4.1 **No Warranty for Damaged Goods**: Voltebyk is not responsible for any damage caused to products during transit or after delivery. Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon receipt and report any issues immediately.

4.2 **Ineligible Returns**: Products that are not accessories, used items, items not in their original condition, or items returned without proper authorization or video proof will not be eligible for a return.

4.3 **Misuse of Return Policy**: We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect abuse of our return policy or fraudulent activity.
