Voltebyk sell products from voltebyk.in .com domains and at Authorized Showrooms only across all over India. We offer best-in-class features on our electric cycles. We don't sell our products in other marketplaces.

Warranty will be applicable for the products that are purchased from our website www.voltebyk.com & www.voltebyk.in only.

Once the Goods are received at our facility for repair, our team works diligently to fix the issue. This process usually takes 15 to 30 days, but the exact time frame may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the current workload of our team. During this time, we will keep you updated on the status of your repair via email or phone calls as needed. We value your business and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If there is anything specific you need from us to make the process go smoother, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Edition, Components,Parts, or model specifications are subject to change without notice. This limited warranty is the only warranty for the product. All warranties other than stated herein are expressly disclaimed including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowable by applicable law. All liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages are expressly disclaimed, to the extent allowable by applicable law. The limited warranty extends only to the original consumer (On the Name of Invoice Generated) and is not transferable to anyone else.

Warranty Activation

Warranty Activation is applicable for the products that are purchased from our website www.voltebyk.com & www.voltebyk.in only.

Warranty will be activated automatically on the electric cycle from the date of invoice Generated.

Warranty Details

This limited warranty shall not be construed or interpreted in any manner to suggest or imply that your voltebyk cycle is indestructible or imperishable or will last in perpetuity.

This limited warranty is void if the voltebyk cycles are subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.

This limited warranty applies only to the original owner of a voltebyk cycle i.e, on the Name Invoice Generated and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

The limited warranty on the frame is applicable only for Six Months.

All mechanical parts other than frame are covered under this limited warranty only with respect to any manufacturing defects.

Bike is Subjected to road and city use only. Any use outside the designed environment voids warranty. Replacement or repair will be in discretion of the Company.

If the customer identifies any fault in the frame, it should be serviced only by a voltebyk approved technician, warranty will be void if serviced by anyone else.

In case of genuine fault covering under warranty, cost including replacement parts, will be borne by the Company.

Labour cost will be borne by the user.

Damage due to rough use, stunts, natural calamity, accidents, improper storage, natural wear, intentional damages by user, fall will not be covered under warranty. Decision of type of damage will be taken by the Company and communicated to customer before initiating repair.

Natural wear, scratches, peeling of Paint and all coatings initiated due to intentional or accidental dent or scratches, damage due to chemicals, improper storage and parking is not covered under warranty.

All mechanicals other than frame are only covered under warranty only for manufacturing defects, to be reported within 7 days of purchase if any.

Company is not responsible for the delay in product/components arrival as it is totally depends upon the third party services choosen by the cycle's owner.

Any issues regarding the bike fitting or bike usage should be reported to the company at [email protected] , threating\warning the sales team regarding the issue is consider as abuse and may leads to violation of support and service from the company.

Any issue in bike can be reported on service page of voltebyk.in . Without letting us know your issue we can't resolve it.

Creating fake content regarding the company by using the bikes sold by voltebyk are consider as serious violation of company reputation and may have to face legal issues.

Warranty Exclusions

The following instances are specifically excluded from the coverage of this limited warranty.

Any defect arising from normal wear and tear, improper assembly, or follow-up maintenance.

Installation or modification of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the cycle.

Paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure.

Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

For Following Activities:

Used in any competitive sport

Used for stunt riding, jumping, aerobatics, or similar activity

Modified in any way

Modified with the addition of a motor

Ridden by more than one person at a time

Rented, sold, or given away

When bike is damaged by modifications, chemicals and hammering.

Remedy and Limitations of Liability

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty. All labor charges for warranty service, including the transfer of components and/or any installation of new components, are the responsibility of the cycle’s owner. Due to product evolution and obsolescence, some components may not be available for older models. In these cases, sourcing and paying for components is the responsibility of the cycle owner.

The Decision of the type of damage will be taken by the Company and communicated to the customer before initiating the repair. To Make A Claim

voltebyk or any of its affiliates is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

To Make a Claim

Valid Invoice is necessary to make a claim.

Original Owner can only make a claim.

Controller

6 Months warranty is applicable on the Controller from date of purchase.

The Controller damage due to ingress beyond design condition is not covered under warranty. Replacement or repair will be at the discretion of the Company.

Damage due to non-authorized service is not covered under the warranty.

The Use of non-approved accessories will void the warranty.

Any rewiring of the harness will void the warranty.

Operational issues or defects due to the Smart lock will not be covered under warranty.

Opening of Controller will void the warranty.

The controller warranty does not include damage from power surges due to any causes including lightning strikes, shorting due to water, etc.

Motor And Rim

The Warranty period of the motor is of one year from the date of purchase

All manufacturing defects will be covered under warranty. Replacement or repair will be at the discretion of the Company.

The Motor damages and ingress due to reasons above Design conditions are not covered.

Opening or servicing of motor that is performed by other than Company approved technician will void the warranty.

The Cracking of the rim is not covered under warranty.

The Motor warranty does not include damage from power surges due to any causes including lightning strikes, shorting due to water, surge while charging, etc.

Battery

The Warranty period of the battery pack is of 1 years from the date of purchase.

All manufacturing defects will be covered under warranty. Replacement or repair will be at the discretion of the Company.

The Battery is IP 65 when mounted on a bicycle. It is highly recommended never to wash or drown the battery and any damage due to negligence will void the warranty.

The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper an charger, water damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear.

Natural degradation of the battery pack is not covered under warranty. Maximum battery degradation of 25% after 700 charge cycle or 1 year whichever first is normal.

Storage of battery: The Battery should be charged 100% before storing and should be charged at least once in 1 month. Also make sure that the battery will not come in contact with water. Failing to do so will void the warranty. Never store battery fully discharged. The Company will not be responsible for any accident or damage due to improper storage.

Charging (more than 45 degrees C), storing and discharging the battery when the ambient temperature is not more than 50 degrees and less than 0 degrees Celsius will void the warranty. Company will not be responsible for any accident or damage due to improper usage.
